How information is used
24 Law processes personal information received through direct email, telephone or WhatsApp communication to respond to enquiries, assess potential mandates, communicate with clients and meet applicable legal and administrative requirements.
Information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data-protection requirements. Do not send highly sensitive, privileged or confidential evidence until an appropriate document-transfer process has been agreed directly.
Direct communication
- Only information relevant to the enquiry should be sent
- Making contact does not by itself create a professional mandate
- Information may be retained where reasonably necessary for administration or legal obligations
